Everpure is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Product Strategy & Analytics for its Bangalore office. Everpure has grown from a storage pioneer into a prominent data platform company with multibillion-dollar revenues, shaping the next era of technology alongside hyperscalers, AI labs, and the wider AI ecosystem. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of critical enterprise data products, steering them from initial strategy and discovery through delivery, adoption, and long-term value realization. Your days will be spent connecting executive business priorities with product roadmaps, guiding cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, security, governance, and business units. You will lead user research, oversee product reliability, establish trusted data governance, and incorporate applied AI into solutions. This is an onsite position suited for an experienced professional capable of aligning global teams and making complex enterprise data programs executable without needing hands-on coding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vision, priorities, roadmaps, and outcome metrics for Tier 1 data and analytics products.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis to translate business questions into product requirements.
• Partner with data engineering to define reliability, accuracy, freshness, and incident response standards.
• Establish data ownership, quality expectations, and governance controls alongside security and privacy teams.
• Identify and shape applied AI and predictive analytics use cases with clear evaluation measures and human oversight.
• Act as a trusted execution partner to senior leadership by preparing business cases, tracking milestones, and managing risks.
• Drive adoption and measure success across productivity, revenue, and satisfaction metrics.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams of product managers, analysts, and program resources.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics, data-product management, or strategic program leadership.
• Proven ownership of enterprise-critical data, reporting, master-data, or AI products from strategy to impact.
• Strong fundamentals in product management including portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and stakeholder governance.
• Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and security teams without needing hands-on coding.
• Applied AI fluency to identify valuable use cases, assess data readiness, and shape control requirements.
• Track record of defining business expectations for data accuracy, usability, and value realization.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior executives and global partners.
• Strong commercial, financial, written, and verbal communication skills for executive reporting and storytelling.
