Kaseya Careers is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst for a full-time role in Bangalore, India. Kaseya is a major global provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, supporting Managed Service Providers and internal IT organizations in over 20 countries with more than 15 million endpoints managed worldwide. In this role, you will be a key part of the sales operations function, helping drive business success through efficient order fulfillment and process improvements. A normal day in this position involves validating and processing customer orders, managing order backlogs, ensuring accurate documentation and pricing, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue. You will also review customer contracts, analyze operational data to resolve discrepancies, and contribute to system enhancements, automation initiatives, and User Acceptance Testing to boost overall productivity and revenue booking accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders for accurate pricing, products, and documentation.
• Manage order backlogs and coordinate fulfillment for timely revenue booking.
• Verify and maintain customer contracts and purchase orders per business requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor order statuses and fulfillment timelines to support on-time delivery.
• Analyze operational data and processes to recommend productivity improvements.
• Support automation initiatives, system enhancements, and UAT activities.
• Maintain accurate sales operations data and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and managing sales or order-related data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple tasks with ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Good to have

• Experience in order management, sales operations, or quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience with customer contracts, purchase orders, backlogs, and revenue processes.
• Exposure to process automation, system implementations, upgrades, or UAT.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Logistics.
• Flexibility to work in night shifts based on business requirements.
