In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales order management, maintaining data accuracy, processing orders, and ensuring timely revenue booking. A typical day involves reviewing customer contracts, validating orders, managing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like Finance, Legal, and Sales to resolve discrepancies. You will also participate in process improvements, system enhancements, and automation projects to boost operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Validate and process customer orders ensuring correct pricing and documentation.
- Manage order backlogs and coordinate fulfillment for timely revenue booking.
- Verify and maintain customer contracts and purchase orders per guidelines.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure smooth processing.
- Monitor order statuses and timelines to support on-time delivery.
- Analyze operational data to recommend process improvements and boost productivity.
- Support automation, system upgrades, and User Acceptance Testing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher educational qualification.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Order Management.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems and managing sales data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
