The Digital team in Hyderabad is building new capabilities using advanced Salesforce technologies. As a Senior Salesforce Tester, you will play a vital role in testing and validating Salesforce platforms to ensure high performance, security, and regulatory compliance across commercial and medical business processes. A normal day involves collaborating with developers, product owners, and business analysts to design test plans, execute manual and automated tests, validate integrations with pharmaceutical platforms like Veeva and IQVIA, track defects using JIRA, and ensure adherence to pharmaceutical standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA regulations. This fast-paced position requires a hands-on, self-driven professional who is passionate about quality and supporting life-saving healthcare initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and strategies for Salesforce applications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Test and validate complex integrations with platforms like IQVIA, Veeva, SAP, and Snowflake.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Utilize tools like Copado Robotic Testing to build and maintain automated test suites.
• Track and manage defects efficiently using JIRA and X-Ray test management tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce testing within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations and APIs including REST, SOAP, and Postman.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Administration, Flows, Apex test classes, and LWC testing.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA and X-Ray.
• Basic Python knowledge for supporting test automation and data validation.

Good to have

• Experience with Copado Robotic Testing and Salesforce DevOps release pipelines.
• Experience validating Snowflake, MDM, SAP, Veeva, IQVIA, or MedPro integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks in a regulated environment.
• Experience with risk-based testing and software quality practices.
