A normal day involves leading an elite engineering team, optimizing SecOps and automation pipelines, managing attack surfaces across cloud environments and endpoints, and partnering cross-functional global engineering groups to secure global telemetry against evolving threats.
Responsibilities
- Scale, mentor, and grow the India SecOps team to foster high morale and technical excellence.
- Manage end-to-end Attack Surface Management across cloud environments, SaaS, and endpoints.
- Mature SIEM and SOAR automation pipelines to reduce incident response and detection times.
- Lead continuous validation through purple-teaming and thorough incident postmortems.
- Collaborate with global Infrastructure, AppSec, and Engineering teams to close security gaps.
Requirements
- Proven track record of technical and people leadership in enterprise cybersecurity.
- Deep expertise in detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, and ASM.
- Advanced proficiency with enterprise SIEM like Splunk, SOAR automation, and EDR.
- Practical experience with detection-as-code practices, CI/CD pipelines, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex security telemetry into actionable outcomes.
