Everpure is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Product and Engineering team within the Cloud Native Business Unit at the Bangalore office. As a data platform provider collaborating with hyperscalers, AI labs, and the broader AI ecosystem, Everpure seeks a professional to drive complex and cross-cutting initiatives that meet key business objectives and delight customers. In a typical day, you will use your technical and program management skills to oversee execution, collaborate across business units, manage dependencies, and handle parallel product releases with a global team of software engineers. You will also utilize Agentic AI, establish best practices, and work in an in-office environment from Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution with high quality for key initiatives using technical leadership and program management skills.
• Establish best practices, collaborate across business units, and manage dependencies and deliverables for multiple programs.
• Work alongside a global software engineering team creating new features and capabilities rapidly.
• Manage multiple parallel product releases in a fast-paced environment.
• Work primarily from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies.
• Track program goals, communicate periodically with stakeholders and executive leadership, and ensure risk mitigations are in place.
• Serve as the single point person for delivery decisions, cross-team communication, and Go-To-Market readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading product delivery teams for enterprise commercial software organizations.
• Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial software releases in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to develop and use Agentic AI in day-to-day job duties.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional groups.
• Advanced understanding and extensive use of Jira Cloud in software development program management and release management.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and big-picture thinking skills.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end SDLC best practices and project management through investigation, design, planning, and execution.

Good to have

• MS in computer science, MBA, or engineering management equivalent preferred.
