You will spot cultural trends quickly, turn real user stories into engaging content, collaborate with the design and video team, and track content performance to continuously refine your messaging approach.
Responsibilities
- Write daily short-form video scripts and captions for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Draft posts and threads for X and LinkedIn.
- Spot fast-moving internet trends and news moments, turning them into content within 48 hours.
- Evaluate which trends fit the brand and which ones to skip.
- Engage audiences by creating shareable and discussion-worthy content.
- Manage brand account replies and comment sections.
- Discover real users of Emergent and turn their building stories into content.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to align scripts with production capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years writing and managing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
- A proven portfolio of high-performing content with numerical proof.
- Strong understanding of US and European internet culture.
- Ability to work fast and make independent calls without waiting for sign-offs.
- Comfort adapting your writing style differently for each platform.
