At 6sense, the Sr. Content Designer shapes product experiences through words across screens, flows, and AI conversations. Responsibilities

• Own content design end-to-end for a specific product area.
• Design conversational flows for chat and voice interfaces.
• Write, test, and iterate on prompts and system instructions for AI features.
• Partner with ML/AI engineers to evaluate model outputs and reduce bias.
• Build and maintain content patterns and voice guidelines.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and researchers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use research and metrics to inform content decisions.
• Review peer work and mentor junior content designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience working on conversational or AI-driven surfaces.
• Hands-on prompting or prompt engineering experience for LLM-powered features.
• A portfolio showing traditional UX writing and conversational or generative AI content.
• Comfort working directly with AI/ML teams to evaluate model outputs.
• Strong systems thinking and editing skills.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive writing practices.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Ditto, and LLM playgrounds.

Good to have

• Experience building a conversational design system or AI content style guide from scratch.
• Familiarity with agentic or RAG-based product patterns and multi-modal AI experiences.
• Background in linguistics, taxonomy, or information architecture.
• Prior experience shipping AI features at a B2B SaaS or Martech/AI company.
