As a Product Designer III at 6sense in Bengaluru, you will own the end-to-end design for a significant area of the product as an individual contributor. 6sense aims to multiply growth, retention, and efficiency while fostering a culture built on values like winning as one team, curiosity, and doing the right thing. In this role, you will lead design on complex and ambiguous problems, partnering closely with Product and Engineering peers. A normal day involves framing problems, conducting research, creating wireframes and high-fidelity UI, working extensively with design systems, prototyping with AI-assisted tools, and presenting your design rationale to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process from problem framing and research to polished UI.
- Lead design on cross-functional initiatives with Product Management and Engineering.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to guide clear design decisions.
- Contribute to and enforce consistency within the company design system.
- Build prototypes at various fidelity levels to test ideas and de-risk decisions.
- Present design work and rationale clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in regular design critiques.
Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Deep fluency in Figma, including component systems and auto-layout.
- Experience designing within and contributing to a scale design system.
- Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals like typography and layout.
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
- Experience running user research, usability testing, and using data.
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools for working prototypes.
Good to have
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or data-heavy products.
- Front-end fluency in React or JS for close engineering collaboration.
- Prior experience mentoring designers or leading a small design pod.
- Experience working in a company with an actively evolving design system.
