Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features using React and Python.
• Implement and run experiments like A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user flows.
• Consume and design APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Actively participate in code reviews and maintain code quality through testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product teams and other stakeholders to implement new features.
• Mentor junior developers regarding best coding practices and processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in tech-based companies, preferably start-ups.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and Redux Saga.
• Familiarity with frontend architecture patterns, design systems, and Git version control.
• Mandatory experience in Python and its ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle huge amounts of data.
• Comprehensive understanding of Computer Science concepts, object-oriented design, and algorithms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, secure coding, and production monitoring.
