At 6sense, the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Analytics - G&A leads a team of analytics engineers focused on pipelines, models, and semantic layers that drive company-wide decisions. You will work on making reporting faster and more reliable, developing semantic models, and creating AI-powered analytics tools to support internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise – G&A Analytics Engineering roadmap and prioritize pipelines, models, and semantic layer work.
• Maintain predictable planning, release, and reporting rhythms for stakeholders.
• Improve data quality, reliability, and clarity to strengthen trust in enterprise reporting.
• Drive metric definition, documentation, validation, and governance across Finance and executive reporting tools.
• Build data products, semantic models, and metric layers for reusable analytics and AI.
• Develop AI-powered and agentic analytics tools to speed up decision-making.
• Partner with Finance and Business Technology to align on reporting needs and architecture decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop analytics engineers by building technical depth and career paths.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field in SaaS or data-intensive environments.
• 1+ year of experience directly managing analytics or data engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, modern ELT pipelines like Fivetran, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience using AI tools for analytics development such as Claude Code or Snowflake Intelligence.
• Experience building semantic layers, metrics governance processes, or shared metric definitions.
• Experience with BI or analytics tools like Tableau or Hex.
• Track record of building and strengthening collaborative teams.

Good to have

• Experience supporting Finance or executive reporting.
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics.
• Experience improving analytics engineering practices during scale or organizational change.
