As a Sr. Content Designer at 6sense in Bengaluru, you will shape how users interact with technology through clear, precise words across traditional screens, user flows, and modern AI-driven conversations. 6sense aims to multiply business growth, retention, and efficiency while fostering a collaborative, curious, and value-driven culture. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Research, and AI/ML to craft intuitive and engaging experiences. A typical day involves designing conversational dialogue, writing and testing prompts for AI features, creating scalable content systems, and collaborating on end-to-end product journeys from early sketches to shipped solutions. You will combine systems thinking with strong writing skills to ensure that every user interaction remains useful, accessible, and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage content design end-to-end for a designated product area from early concepts to final delivery.
• Create conversational flows for voice and chat interfaces, addressing multi-turn dialogue and error recovery.
• Write and test prompts and system instructions to shape safe and accurate AI-generated content.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to evaluate model outputs for clarity, bias, and tone.
• Develop and maintain scalable content patterns, voice guidelines, and content design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and designers to advocate for user clarity.
• Utilize qualitative research and quantitative metrics to evaluate and improve content decisions.
• Review work, mentor junior content designers, and promote inclusive language practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of specific experience working on conversational or AI-driven surfaces.
• Demonstrated experience designing chatbot, voice assistant, or AI-agent flows.
• Hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLM-powered product features.
• A portfolio showing traditional UX writing craft and conversational or generative AI projects.
• Ability to work directly with AI/ML teams to evaluate and iterate on model outputs.
• Strong systems thinking, editing skills, and proficiency with tools like Figma and LLM consoles.

Good to have

• Experience building a conversational design system or AI content style guide from scratch.
• Familiarity with RAG-based patterns, agentic workflows, or generative content evaluation frameworks.
• Background in information architecture, linguistics, or taxonomy.
• Prior experience shipping AI features in B2B SaaS or Martech companies.
