Navan is hiring a Staff Product Manager in Bengaluru to drive the strategy for critical modules that anchor its global product. In this role, you will help build a scalable platform that integrates with external systems, provides valuable data insights, and delivers an inclusive experience through localization and accessibility. A normal day in this high-impact position involves partnering with global teams across different time zones, collaborating with world-class engineers, designers, and data analysts, and turning complex challenges into clear direction. You will own the roadmap for platform and core services like integrations, data services, identity, and admin functionalities. By combining a hands-on technical approach with strong communication, you will help shape foundational enterprise solutions that support the company's hyper-growth trajectory while working closely with cross-functional business, product, and engineering colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for core platform services including integrations, data services, identity, and admin functionalities.
• Drive data services strategy by defining how application data is collected, organized, stored, and reported.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and data analysts to build, launch, and measure new features.
• Communicate clearly and concisely to align global teams and bring direction to complex initiatives.
• Collaborate across global regions and time zones with cross-functional product, engineering, and business teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management driving business outcomes.
• Technical acumen with a solid understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and backend services.
• Experience managing product strategy for B2B software, data management, and system integrations.
• Demonstrated excellent judgment in problem-solving and solution design.
• Track record of clear communication, partnership, and building trust with colleagues.
• Hands-on mentality with experience in modern product discovery and delivery.
• Global mindset with a passion for building products for diverse international users.
