As a Strategic Insights Manager within the Commercial Strategy & Transformation team in Bangalore, you will act as a key partner to drive a complete view of business performance, support operational rhythms, and push forward commercial transformation projects. In this role, a normal day involves collecting and analyzing commercial data, building financial models and business cases, creating executive-level insights, maintaining KPI dashboards, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to execute transformation initiatives and track OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Rhythm of the Business operating model through quarterly review preparation, earnings support, and dashboard creation.
• Gather and interpret commercial performance data, market trends, and customer insights to generate executive-level findings.
• Build fact bases and standardized assessment methods to guide strategic discussions.
• Create robust financial models and business cases to evaluate transformation feasibility and return on investment.
• Collaborate with HQ resources on playbooks and frameworks to support activation plans.
• Manage transformation initiatives and projects to ensure stakeholder engagement and successful adoption.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI tracking mechanisms to surface tactical insights and recommend optimizations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy, or biz ops.
• Strong analytical skills combined with intellectual curiosity.
• Go-to-market experience in strategic business transformation and commercial excellence topics.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to manage large-scale transformations.
• Strong influencing skills to inspire teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive audiences.
• Experience in the B2B technology industry.
• In-office presence at the Bangalore location.
