RojgarPoint brings you an exciting opportunity for the Associate Strategic Program Manager role based in Bengaluru, India. In this position, you will work overnight IST hours to support the US Pacific Standard Time zone. You will support the Strategic Program Management team in executing complex programs for enterprises and startups, ensuring that customer products launch on time, within budget, and at high quality. Your normal day involves collaborating cross-functional teams like Sales, Costing & DFM, Quality, and Logistics to keep projects on track. You will maintain accurate program status, track milestones, support customer change requests, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Fictiv delivers custom manufacturing solutions by integrating components with a digital manufacturing platform to empower engineers and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strong internal relationships and support customer-facing interactions for high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate program status across multiple systems for business decisions.
• Apply operations or manufacturing knowledge to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance program efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on program milestones, adjusting timelines and deliverables as needed.
• Support customer change requests and project updates on internal and external platforms.
• Contribute to and maintain the Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience or 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational, program management, and time management skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
• Willingness to work overnight IST hours to support the US PST time zone from the Bengaluru office.

Good to have

• Experience working with global manufacturing sites in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations, particularly ECCN classifications like 9A515.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly.
• Technically savvy with an interest in leveraging AI tools and automation technologies.
