Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with US-based clients for assigned manufacturing programs.
• Handle a caseload of concurrent manufacturing orders and prioritize based on impact and risk.
• Communicate engineering, design, and logistics requirements to ensure on-time order delivery.
• Collaborate with internal sales and manufacturing operations teams to advocate for the customer.
• Oversee program outcomes independently while maintaining high standards for scope and timeline.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain, or customer-facing operations.
• Background in supporting NPI, low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs.
• Ability to operate with minimal oversight and manage strong prioritization under pressure.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with experience working with US-based customers or US hours.
• Strong accountability, organization, and attention to detail.

Good to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
