The main purpose of this role is to build execution capacity for important human resources initiatives rather than adding administrative layers. In this position, you will assist in planning, coordinating, documenting, and implementing strategic priorities. A normal day involves supporting priority projects like evaluating vendor replacements and managing long-term programs such as culture alignment, learning and development, employee well-being, career progression, process mapping, and performance management. You will work closely with the team to translate planned improvements into tangible outcomes while experiencing a growth-oriented, creative environment that encourages bold ideas and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Provide execution support for the planning, coordination, and implementation of key HR initiatives
- Assist with priority projects such as evaluating alternatives for Keka and replacing background verification and food coupon vendors
- Support upcoming insurance renewal processes and documentation
- Help drive culture alignment initiatives with Misumi Americas and support learning and development programs
- Contribute to employee well-being, engagement, and overall experience initiatives
- Assist in developing career progression frameworks and mapping internal operations SOPs
- Support performance management practices through KPI tracking and process improvement
