DevRev is building Computer, an AI teammate platform that unifies data sources, tools, and workflows to give employees real-time insights and agentic actions. As a Forward Deployed Strategist at DevRev, you will act as the lead technical strategist embedded with customers to design end-to-end AI-driven business transformation projects. Your role involves understanding customer needs, architecting agent-based solutions using DevRev's platform, and bridging the gap between sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams. On a normal day, you will analyze customer business domains, design scalable AI workflows, partner with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, collaborate with applied AI engineers to oversee implementation, and ensure all solutions meet performance and compliance standards while driving real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business domains, systems, and KPIs to guide solution design
• Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations
• Partner with customer stakeholders as their technical advisor and counterpart
• Bridge gaps between pre-sales, customer success, and engineering teams
• Architect modular, scalable solutions that can be extended across verticals
• Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to oversee solution implementation
• Support pre-sales by scoping opportunities and defining technical requirements
• Ensure all solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards

Requirements

• 7+ years in solution architecture or consulting roles
• Experience with enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with modern integration patterns including APIs, webhooks, and pipelines
• Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms with multi-tenant design knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
