Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect returning rigs and accessories for physical damage and missing components.
- Power up devices, run functional checks, and capture test recordings to review video, audio, and storage.
- Offload data, clear SD cards, and prepare devices for reuse.
- Give the final go/no-go approval for outbound rigs and sign off in tracking logs.
- Quarantine faulty equipment and escalate hardware issues to the Hardware/IT team.
- Maintain clean and complete quality control records in Google Sheets.
- Follow strict quality checklists consistently without taking shortcuts.
