As an SDC Recruiter at Stripe based in Bengaluru, you will be part of a recruiting team dedicated to shaping the company culture by matching top global talent with high-impact business needs. In this role, you will help scale the Business and Core teams in the APAC region. A typical day involves managing full-cycle recruiting, building hiring strategies, partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams like HR and finance, utilizing data to track hiring progress, and driving initiatives for branding and employee referrals to ensure a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill junior to senior level and high volume requisitions to scale up teams at Stripe Delivery Center in Bengaluru
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and build strong leadership for the Operations org
• Collaborate with recruiting analytics for accurate reporting of hiring progress
• Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, and finance to scale hiring
• Generate a healthy pipeline of quality candidates via branding, events, and referrals
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong in-house preference
• Track record in target achievements and managing high volume hiring in fast moving environments
• Experience partnering with senior executives throughout the recruiting process as a trusted advisor
• High agency ability to handle ambiguity and thrive with autonomy and responsibility
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
• Strong data-driven approach to problem-solving and improving recruiting strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external influence

Good to have

• Experience with India market hiring
• Experience with reporting work and data tools like Visier, Greenhouse Reports, GoodTime, and Gem
• Ability to quickly adopt new recruiting technologies and AI to optimize workflows
