The Workplace Experience Manager role in Bengaluru involves overseeing daily workplace operations, facilities, and programs at Stripe's local office to ensure a welcoming, safe, and productive environment for employees, visitors, and candidates. On a normal day, you will manage workplace services, partner closely with integrated facilities management and finance teams, handle operational incidents calmly, and ensure that building operations, transport programs, and hospitality functions run smoothly. You will act as a key business partner, gathering local feedback, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with site leads and cross-functional teams to align workplace strategies with company growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace operations including building operations, front of house, shipping, receiving, events, and health and safety.
• Manage operational performance by monitoring service levels, resolving root causes, and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of workplace services professionals to drive excellence.
• Work closely with finance and facilities partners to develop and oversee the opex budget for the Bengaluru office.
• Partner with local site leadership to activate the office and create an inclusive, connected environment.
• Hold workplace partners and service providers accountable for performance and contractual obligations.
• Manage operational incidents and disruptions by coordinating partners and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in workplace or hospitality management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong demonstrated ability in facilities management, vendor, and budget management.
• Experience managing a team focused on customer service, hospitality, and operations.
• Ability to synthesize operational data, stakeholder feedback, and business context into clear recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strength in building relationships with key internal partners for cross-functional projects.
• An innovative mindset to drive exceptional workplace services and operational improvements.
