As a Senior IT Engineer based in Bangalore, you will lead the creation and evolution of a cloud-first IT environment. Responsibilities
- Design and manage a fully cloud-based IT environment across various SaaS platforms.
- Build workflow automations and lifecycle management for joiner-mover-leaver processes.
- Engineer integrations between core systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and SCIM.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered agents and automations to streamline IT workflows.
- Partner with software engineering teams to align on shared services and developer tools.
- Analyze ticketing data to prioritize and implement automation opportunities.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT issues and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a related cloud-first role.
- Experience managing integrations across SaaS platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and SCIM.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code AI tools, iPaaS platforms, or automation systems.
- Experience managing Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jamf, and Intune.
- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD concepts, and collaborating with software engineers.
- Security-first mindset with knowledge of least-privilege principles and compliance frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

- Programming and scripting experience in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with AI orchestration or agent platforms like Serval or LLM tooling.
- Exposure to scaling a global capability centre.
