- Design and enhance onboarding programs and underwriting training modules
- Establish performance management and quality control systems to deliver feedback and reviews
- Optimize underwriting workflows by implementing rules in engines and recommending best practices
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Life underwriting
- 7+ years of experience in an underwriting leadership or development role
- Extensive knowledge of life insurance trends and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated execution focus with an owner mentality and timely delivery track record
- Strong data-oriented decision-making skills paired with solid professional intuition
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
