As a Technical Program Manager joining the engineering organization at Ethos Life in Bangalore, you will drive cross-team projects and help shape product roadmaps. A normal day in this role involves working in a fast-moving, flat environment where you coordinate daily tasks, manage project plans from analysis to post-implementation, act as a Scrum Master, and collaborate with engineering and product leaders. You will handle multiple pressing initiatives, map dependencies across teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and communicate status updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership while working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for timely delivery.
• Partner with engineering and product leads on product strategy.
• Provide hands-on program management through all project phases.
• Perform Scrum Master duties using agile methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and roadmapping.
• Map dependencies and coordinate efforts across teams and verticals.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work or knowledge as a Project or Program Manager.
• Experience working in a product development environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
